Job summary

Mayfran International is hiring a Heavy Belt Assembler in Mayfield, Ohio. The role focuses on assembling heavy steel belts, drag and roller blocks using BOMs, with hands-on operation of hoists, cranes and power tools.

The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, maintain safety standards, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while supporting team goals and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 12 months of related experience or equivalent.
• Able to read and interpret shop math.
• Must be able to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble steel belts and roller blocks by following bill of materials and supervision instructions.
• Use hoist, crane, belt sander, impact wrench and grease gun to assemble components and secure pins, spacers and nuts.
• Measure conveyors and parts, prepare crates/boxes for shipment, and inspect for quality.
