Innovation Foods in Millville, NJ is seeking a Batching Technician for a 12-hour night shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) on a 2-2-3 schedule with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour. Reports to the Production Supervisor and operates in a manufacturing environment focused on safety and quality.

The role involves ingredient preparation, following recipes, operating mixing equipment, and supporting sanitation and quality checks to ensure efficient production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in manufacturing, food processing, or related fields preferred.
• Strong math and analytical abilities.
• Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot batching equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch recipes and SOPs to ensure accurate formulation and quality.
• Operate mixing, blending, and processing equipment.
• Track raw material inventory and report shortages.
• Perform quality checks and collect samples.
• Maintain production records for traceability and regulatory compliance.
