Job summary

Keystone Industries in Cherry Hill, NJ is hiring for a manufacturing technician role. The position runs Tuesday through Friday, 5:45am–6:00pm, with a pay range of $21.00–$23.00 per hour plus shift differential. Focus areas include batching, mixing, equipment operation, and quality sampling.

The role requires forklift certification, 2 years of mixing/blending experience, and proficiency with batch records and ERP systems. Onsite work with strong safety and quality emphasis is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ forklift experience with certification.
• 2 years’ mixing/blending manufacturing experience, preferably in a batch environment.
• Ability to read batch cards and record information in ERP systems.
• Experience with measuring and weighing to match specifications.

Responsibilities

• Read batch cards and record information in ERP systems.
• Safely handle and transfer flammable/combustible materials.
• Measure amounts of products to meet specifications.
• Mix ingredients according to procedures and formulas.
• Operate process equipment such as blenders, mixers and screeners.
• Record data in logs and monitor gauges/ charts.
• Maintain clean equipment and prevent cross-contamination.
• Respond quickly to process upsets to minimize losses.
