Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc is hiring an Assistant Batcher - 3rd Shift in Seabrook, NJ. You will work under the Processing Supervisor to ensure ingredients are staged properly for batching, weighing ingredients accurately, and using the cook deck for staging high-usage concentrates.

The role requires adherence to food safety policies, ability to work in a fast-paced production setting, and willingness to train for back-up responsibilities. Shift differentials apply for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of manufacturing experience.
• Must be proficient in mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Follow batching schedule and adjust accordingly to add-ons.
• Stage ingredients on cook deck per plan and prep before batching.
• Weigh ingredients and perform necessary volume-to-weight conversions.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow GMP.
