Job summary

Innovation Foods is seeking a Batching Technician in Millville, NJ. You will prepare ingredients and batch according to recipes, operate mixing equipment, and support sanitation and quality checks to ensure safe, efficient production.

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ years in manufacturing or food processing, with strong math, communication, and adherence to GMP/HACCP standards. On-site shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year(s) experience in manufacturing, food processing, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, FDA, SQF regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch recipes and SOPs to ensure accurate formulation and quality.
• Operate and monitor mixing, blending, and processing equipment.
• Track raw material inventory and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Perform quality control checks and collect samples for testing.
• Maintain production records and logs for traceability and audits.
• Adhere to health, safety, and food quality regulations (GMP, HACCP, FDA, SQF).
• Clean and sanitize equipment to prevent cross-contamination.
• Assist with light maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
