Responsibilities

• Perform QC procedures on returning equipment.
• Ensure cases and equipment are presentable and in working condition.
• Diagnose, log, and repair damaged items.

• Organize and store all tested equipment.
• Handle missing or damaged equipment and process accordingly.
• Meet deadlines and plan workflow per client needs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and provide client support.
