Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking an Alignment Technician to perform brake, front end, and alignment maintenance and related mechanical work at our Missouri locations. You will ensure a smooth flow of customer service, diagnose repairs, and support profitability through accurate invoicing and efficient service delivery.

The role requires at least one year of technician experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and after-hours as needed.
• Able to read and communicate in English with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end, and alignment maintenance and related mechanical work.
• Maintain orderly flow of customer service assignments to ensure productivity.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles and perform quality control on shop functions.
• Safely operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions during service.
• Assist management in training new personnel and achieving service quotas.
• Provide accurate information for invoicing and use company programs for profitability.
