MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Big O Alignment Technician to perform brake, alignment, and front-end maintenance with accuracy and attention to company policies. You will diagnose, repair, and safely operate vehicles while supporting customer service flow and store targets.

Work includes assisting in new-hire training, ensuring safety, and coordinating with counter staff for invoicing. This role emphasizes quality, productivity, and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate a computer and office productivity software.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to communicate accurately with customers.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end, and alignment maintenance according to policies.
• Maintain orderly flow of customer service for productivity.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles and perform quality checks.
• Operate vehicles safely in service areas and attend safety meetings.
• Assist in achieving service, sales and productivity quotas.
• Provide information for invoicing and coordinate with counter staff.
• Support training and orientation of new personnel.
