Job summary

OPW, a Dover Corporation subsidiary, is seeking an Assembly operator at our Hamilton, Ohio facility. You will perform metal component assembly using pneumatic and hand tools, following standard work and drawings, while maintaining quality and safety.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to production targets in a fast-paced environment. The position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, tolerate varying temperatures, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Four years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow production drawings and work instructions.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical products using standard work rules and floor instructions.
• Identify faulty parts during assembly and testing.
• Meet daily production rates and quality standards.
• Operate cells and update quality controls and productivity trackers.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and participate in 6S and continuous improvement activities.
