Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented assembler for our manufacturing team. The role involves reading and following assembly processes, setting up test equipment, and performing various assembly operations including soldering and RTVS.

You will lift up to 40 lbs, work in multiple positions, and contribute to meeting productivity and quality targets. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in assembly, good mechanical dexterity, basic math skills, and the ability to work well in

Qualifications

• 1 year (minimum) of successful experience in assembly/related functional area.
• Good mechanical dexterity/eyesight; read, write, and use basic math; maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Adapt to changing work environment, including automation and rotation among workstations.
• Work well with others and participate in team problem-solving activities.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow assembly processes.
• Assist in setup of test equipment and perform tests as required.
• Perform routine assembly operations including soldering, RTVS, epoxies; fold, label and box products.
• Use measurement equipment or learn how to use it.
• Maintain records and meet productivity and quality requirements.
• Lift up to 40 lbs with proper technique.
• Work in various positions and handle repetitive tasks.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision; exercise good judgment.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
