Baxter International Inc. in the United States is seeking a Kitting Associate to assemble and prepare kits for customer orders, ensuring all components are included and correctly packaged.

You will work with LED lighting assemblies for medical devices, verify BOM accuracy, and maintain inventory to meet production demands. The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to SOPs and quality controls, collaboration with manufacturing, QA and logistics, and ongoing process improvements.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in inventory management or quality control is a plus.
• Experience in kitting, assembly or inventory management in a medical devices or healthcare environment.
• Proven ability to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure kit accuracy and completeness.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control measures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; strong communication and teamwork.
• Basic computer skills including inventory software and email.
• Preferred certifications CPIM or CQT; Lean Six Sigma or ISO 9001 exposure.
