Job summary

Alloy Surfaces is seeking an Assembly Technician II to assemble hardware components, support dry/bake processes, and perform complex assembly tasks in a fast-paced, low-volume manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and the ability to read drawings. US government security clearance eligibility is required for this role. On-site position with strict quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Associate degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic assembly equipment and tools to perform manufacturing operations.
• Read and interpret standard operating procedures, drawings and technical data to perform assembly.
• Ensure parts are available, inspect for defects and perform audits.
• Follow safety instructions and process requirements; assist with packaging and labeling.
