Job summary

Allfast Fastening Systems LLC is seeking an on-site manufacturing production Technician. You will set up and operate assembly machines for precision blind fasteners, inspect parts, read drawings, and ensure quality through documented checks.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 0–2 years of experience with assembly equipment, and familiarity with measurement tools. Expect a loud environment and strict safety rules with PPE usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 0-2 years in operating assembly machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret drawings and procedures.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Attention to quality, document inspections, and follow procedures.
• Be familiar with PPE and safety policies in a loud manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate assembly machines for precision blind fasteners.
• Perform first article inspections and document quality checks.
• Read product drawings and bills of material; follow control plans.
• Maintain and calibrate measuring devices like micrometers/calipers.
• Follow Lock Out/Tag Out and wear required PPE; communicate with supervision.
