Job summary

BorgWarner in Seneca, SC is seeking Assembly Operators to assemble components, load and unload materials, and operate assembly machines in a fast-paced environment to produce world-class quality products.

You will follow job aids and instructions, visually inspect parts to standards, use hand-held gages, and work with a team to meet daily production goals while following safety protocols, 5S housekeeping, and proper PPE.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• 6 months assembly experience preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced industrial lean environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and operate assembly machines.
• Visually inspect and assemble small components to quality standards.
• Read and follow job aids/work instructions to execute flow requirements.
• Use hand-held gages and perform quality checks.
• Work in a team environment and support 5S/housekeeping activities.
• Safely operate equipment and adhere to safety policies.
