Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Standing for long periods, performing repetitive motions, and lifting up to 30 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components accurately according to SOPs.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
• Operate safely and in compliance with all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Complete and submit daily production logs accurately and on time.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily production quotas and performance targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Supervisor.
