The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability, with training provided on all assembly line operations and basic computer tasks, including SAP transactions as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or basic skills assessment required.
• 6 months of assembly related experience preferred.
• Experience in fast paced industrial lean environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and operate assembly machines.
• Visually inspect and assemble small components to quality standards.
• Follow 5S/Housekeeping practices and safety protocols.
• Read and follow job aids/work instructions to meet flow requirements.
• Perform required tasks within cycle time and support team leads.
