Job summary
Mountz is seeking an Assembly Technician at its San Jose, CA headquarters to perform mechanical assembly, calibration, and packaging of production items. The role emphasizes RoHS-compliant assembly, PCBAs handling, and hand-soldering with a focus on quality systems and safety.
Responsibilities include assisting in material processing, calibration across Mountz products, and contributing to continual improvement of our Manufacturing Quality Management System while supporting health and safety
Qualifications
- RoHS-Compliant Assembly Experience
- Handling and/or Inspection of PCBAs
- Through-hole Hand Soldering
- Hand-Soldering Wires
- Cutting, Stripping, & Crimping Wires
- Firmware Download into PCB
Responsibilities
- Performs mechanical assembly on production items.
- Assists in material and packaging processing.
- Assists in the calibration of all Mountz products.
- Conducts all tasks/responsibilities keeping always in mind the Manufacturing Department objectives and the continual improvement of Mountz's Quality Management System.
- Supports and participates in the company's health and safety program.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as needed.
