Job summary

Snap-On Tools invites applications for an Assembly Technician based at our San Jose, CA headquarters. You will perform mechanical and electronic assembly, calibration, and packaging of production items, while aligning with continuous improvement objectives in the Manufacturing Department.

Responsibilities include supporting material processing, calibration tasks, and health and safety programs, with adherence to RoHS and QC standards. Prioritize quality and efficiency in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficient in mechanical and electrical assembly for electronics manufacturing.
• Familiar with RoHS requirements and PCB handling procedures.
• Experience with soldering and wire processing processes.
• Knowledge of quality systems and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly on production items.
• Assist in material and packaging processing.
• Assist in calibration of Mountz products.
• Support Manufacturing Quality Management System improvements.
• Contribute to health and safety programs.
• Perform other duties as needed.

TheAssembly Technicianwill be responsible for performing mechanical assembly, calibration, and packaging of production items at our San Jose, CA Headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Performs mechanical assembly on production items.
• Assists in material and packaging processing.
• Assists in the calibration of all Mountz products.
• Conducts all tasks/responsibilities keeping always in mind the Manufacturing Department objectives and the continual improvement of Mountz's Quality Management System.
• Supports and participates in the company's health and safety program.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as needed.
