Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years PCB assembly experience.
• Knowledge of IPC standards and quality procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble PCBs using magnification aids and tweezers.
• Solder components and ECO wires per IPC-A-610 standards.
• Follow BOM and assembly notes to meet customer specs.
• Document inspection results accurately and completely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
