Job summary

Snap-On Tools invites applications for an Assembly Technician based at our San Jose, CA headquarters. You will perform mechanical and electronic assembly, calibration, and packaging of production items, while aligning with continuous improvement objectives in the Manufacturing Department.

Responsibilities include supporting material processing, calibration tasks, and health and safety programs, with adherence to RoHS and QC standards. Prioritize quality and efficiency in daily tasks.

Qualifications

Proficient in mechanical and electrical assembly for electronics manufacturing.
Familiar with RoHS requirements and PCB handling procedures.
Experience with soldering and wire processing processes.
Knowledge of quality systems and safety practices.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical assembly on production items.
Assist in material and packaging processing.
Assist in calibration of Mountz products.
Support Manufacturing Quality Management System improvements.
Contribute to health and safety programs.
Perform other duties as needed.
