Job summary

Vaupell is seeking a full-time hourly production operator in Everett, WA. The role involves assembling components per detailed instructions, inspecting quality, and completing production paperwork.

You will work with hand tools, power tools and machinery, following safety practices and housekeeping standards. Candidates should have a GED or high school diploma, be able to read and follow English instructions, and possess basic math skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, understand and follow instructions in English.
• Capable of using various hand and power tools.
• Comprehension of basic math, including fractions, decimals, percentages.
• Must be able to wear and properly use required personal protective equipment.
• Teamwork and Collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components using hand tools, power tools and specialized machinery.
• Stamp, bag, clip, trim, debur, and wrap/package parts as required in the documented instructions.
• Perform regular quality checks and visual inspections to identify defects and inconsistencies, adhering to quality standards.
• Complete all paperwork pertaining to production neatly and correctly following all quality standards.
• Ensure proper housekeeping by clearing and cleaning workspace.
• Follow all established Vaupell policies, standard operating procedures and safety practices.
