Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to use light power tools safely (Electric Torque Screwdriver).
• Ability to stand for a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and follows SWIs, signing off on instructions and ensuring adherence to the specifications for each part.
• Adjusts electric torque screwdrivers to the correct torque settings per the job’s SWIs and accurately records measurements daily.
• Performs assembly tasks including insert installation, fastening, bonding, spot welding, part marking, masking, sanding, and measuring to prepare products for shipment.
• Prepares and packages finished goods for customer shipment, ensuring data is accurately recorded in the system.
• Trains and supports new employees on company processes and procedures, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Recommends improvements to existing processes to enhance productivity and product quality.
