Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a detail-oriented assembler in the United States to operate a variety of production equipment within a dedicated cell. You will read and follow MSDS sheets and work instructions, perform quality checks, and participate in continuous improvements.

The role requires at least 1 year in assembly or lean manufacturing, basic tool use, and strong communication in English. Shift is 7:00am-3:30pm with a pay rate of $19.50–$24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must read and write in English; read MSDS and standard work instructions.
• Minimum 1 year in assembly or lean manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrates manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate assembly equipment (hydraulic presses, staking, drills, welding machines, air drivers, riveters, winders).
• Rotate through work cells as directed by Supervisor or Cell Leader.
• Pack finished products for shipment and maintain a clean, safe work area.
