Job summary

Ralliant Corporation in Fairport, NY is seeking a detail‑oriented assembler to join our night shift team. You will set up and operate assembly equipment, monitor quality, and prepare products for shipment.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, at least 1 year in assembly or lean manufacturing, good reading of MSDS and instructions, and the ability to use hand and power tools. Shift is C, 10:30pm–7:00am.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in assembly or lean manufacturing.
• Proficient English reading/writing; able to read MSDS and standard work instructions.
• Manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency; able to read measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates assembly equipment such as small hydraulic presses, staking, small drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders.
• Rotates in other work cells as instructed by Supervisor or Cell Leader.
• Packs finished product for shipment.
• Maintains work area to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Actively participates in making and implementing cell improvements.
• Performs duties in accordance with established quality standards.
