Job summary

Prc Inc. in Utah is seeking a detail-oriented assembler to join our production team. You will assemble products with parts and sub-assemblies, operate machinery, and ensure on-spec quality by following established instructions from Supervisors.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work all shifts including weekends, and pass food safety training. High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with training.
• Ability to pass food safety training.
• Willingness to work weekends and all shifts.
• Ability to read and follow specifications.
• Team-oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow established specifications for products and supervisor instructions.
• Set up and operate production machinery per procedures.
• Verify line settings (packaging) of equipment per specs.
• Maintains machinery for optimum performance using tools available.
• Interacts with quality control and staff to ensure quality parameters.
• Verify weights/measures of finished product during assembly.
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately and timely.
• Communicate with supervisor/management professionally.
• Follow and improve area processes as needed.
