Job summary

Ralliant is seeking an Assembler for the A-Shift in Fairport, NY. You will set up and operate assembly equipment across multiple stations, and rotate as directed to support production flow. You will also pack finished products for shipment and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

The role requires basic reading and writing in English, familiarity with MSDS and standard work instructions, and at least one year of assembly or lean manufacturing experience. Lifting and standing are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Requires proficient English reading and writing; able to read MSDS and work instructions.
• Minimum 1 year of assembly or lean manufacturing experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate assembly equipment including presses, drills, welding machines, and riveters.
• Rotate through cells as directed by supervisor and pack finished goods for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and contribute to cell improvements.
