Job summary

AMETEK Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to set up, prepare and operate machines and assemble products based on drawings. The role requires attention to detail and clear communication with supervisors and team members.

The candidate will perform assembly, use power saws, routers and drills, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Overtime and weekend work may be required, with opportunities for growth within AMETEK's global manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 18 years old with 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints and use measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and install into enclosures.
• Operate machines and use power saws, routers, and drills.
• Maintain and clean work area and tools daily/weekly.
• Record and report production data and KPIs.
• Lift up to 50 pounds individually; team lift up to 120 pounds.
• Work independently after training.
