Qualifications

• Perform short cycle, highly repetitive hand assembly operations following prescribed methods.
• Use a variety of hand tools and related equipment with attention to contamination control.
• Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, or material issues to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Perform short cycle, highly repetitive hand assembly operation of various styles and sizes of product parts according to instructions.
• Use tweezers, magnets, mallets, vibrator, tape machine, and related equipment; apply finger cots to prevent contamination.
• Move materials as necessary; work from flowsheet, blueprint specifications, process sheets, or verbal instructions.
• Operate lead-cutting machine to trim lead frames to proper size as specified by the customer.
• Maintain quality standards and keep the work area clean, safe, and orderly.
