Lippert Components is seeking an Assembly Laborer in Indiana. You will assemble components per specifications, read blueprints, and work on a fast-paced line with a focus on quality and safety.

The role requires basic manufacturing experience, the ability to use hand tools, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Full-time hours and a dynamic team environment offer growth and stability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to identify that product meets quality and productivity standards.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to read and follow documented procedures and standards.
• Willing and available to work overtime to reach goals.
• Clear communication (oral and written) skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) plus

Responsibilities

• Study assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Position parts using templates or read measurements.
• Assemble components to correct fit; fasten parts and subassemblies.
• Resolve assembly issues by adjusting dimensions to meet specifications and notify supervisor.
• Keep equipment operational by performing preventive maintenance.
• Manage supplies inventory and re-order as needed.
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor about potential issues.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment; follow procedures and rules.
• Enforce safety measures to protect personnel and company property.
• Contribute to team with quality and timely results.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor and management
