Lippert Components is seeking an Assembly Laborer in Indiana. This role supports assembling components per specifications, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. The position is full-time, with potential overtime and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, assembling parts, maintaining tools, and collaborating with the team to meet production targets. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work Monday–Friday with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Willing and available to work overtime.
• Clear communication (oral and written) skills.
• Ability to read and follow documented procedures and standards.
• Ability to focus on details to guarantee production of high quality products.
• Able to identify that product meets quality and productivity standards.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists; gather parts and tools.
• Position parts and subassemblies by reading measurements and templates.
• Assemble components and verify proper fit; fasten parts and subassemblies.
• Troubleshoot assembly problems and adjust dimensions as needed.
• Keep equipment running through preventive maintenance tasks.
• Manage inventory by checking stock and ordering supplies as needed.
• Communicate potential issues with supervisor daily.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment per procedures and rules.
• Ensure safety measures to protect personnel and company property.
• Contribute to team with quality, timely results.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor and management.
