Job summary

TE Connectivity's Assembly Operator II on the 2nd shift (2:15 PM–12:45 AM, Mon-Thu, Fri 2 PM–6 PM) builds and tests electronic and mechanical components per standard work instructions, drawings and procedures. Mandatory soldering proficiency and microscope operation are required for precision assembly.

You will support quality control, maintain equipment, complete work order documentation and ensure reliability in a high-precision manufacturing environment at TE Connectivity in Hampton, VA.

Qualifications

• Mandatory soldering experience required.
• Exceptional hand-eye coordination for precision assembly.
• Proficient microscope operation for detailed inspection.
• Proven reliability with attendance and performance standards.
• Ability to sit for extended periods (8+ hours) with focus.
