Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of relevant experience; regulated industry experience is a plus (FDA, ISO).
• Strong time management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hand tools; proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and GMP.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., stand for prolonged periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Align, calibrate, and execute test methods of varied complexity based on operational plans and customer demand.
• Follow established procedures to ensure on-time completion of work orders.
• Maintain accurate training and production records.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, emphasizing quality and compliance.
• Identify and recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Participate in our lean manufacturing initiative.
• Train new team members as needed.
