Mykelly is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Fremont, CA to join a premier computer hardware manufacturing team. The role offers a full-time swing shift with a pay rate of $24.50/hour and opportunities to work with cutting-edge server and IT hardware technology.

You will unpack, prepare, assemble, and install hardware components, following SOPs, while maintaining safety and quality standards. This position emphasizes hands-on technical growth and collaboration within a fast-paced assembly

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in manual assembly, hardware integration, or IT repair.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear communication and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs during shift.

Responsibilities

• Unpack, prepare, assemble, and integrate computer hardware components following SOPs.
• Integrate computer parts into chassis along an active assembly line.
• Use hand tools and screwdrivers to install brackets and sub-assemblies.
• Install rails to rack specifications and ensure proper alignment.
• Label cables with automated labeling machines and verify accuracy.
• Route cables across racks and servers with precision; stage materials across production areas.
