Job summary

ARaymond in the United States is seeking an Assembly Operator to produce high-quality finished products by assembling, inspecting, and operating manufacturing equipment. You will rotate across workstations and lines, following standardized work instructions to support safe, efficient production and maintain accurate records.

This role requires a willingness to learn, adhere to PPE and safety policies, and contribute to continuous improvement in a clean, high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and ability to follow instructions with accuracy.
• Ability to perform duties safely and meet quality and productivity standards.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of and comply with all safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Assemble components into finished products ready for shipment.
• Setup and adjust production machinery according to requirements and quality standards.
• Sort, inspect, and rework nonconforming materials to ensure quality compliance.
• Run and monitor automated and manual equipment while meeting quality metrics.
• Record production hours and outputs in company systems and complete documentation.
