Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking motivated assembly operators to join our manufacturing teams in the United States.

This contingent role involves producing high-precision, safety-critical components across aerospace, medical devices and energy sectors. You will assemble parts according to drawings, use hand tools and basic measuring instruments, perform visual and functional inspections, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and diagrams.
• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts or products according to work instructions, drawings, or specifications.
• Use hand tools and basic measuring instruments to perform tasks accurately.
• Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards.
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Record production data and report any issues or deviations.
• Support team goals and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
