Job summary

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma/GED and prefer 3 months of manufacturing or assembly experience. You will follow safety policies and participate in autonomous maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (minimum 3 months).

Responsibilities

• Assemble components in a team environment to meet quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Demonstrate knowledge of autonomous maintenance, Safety Alerts, Quality Alerts and change management procedures for the cell/line.
• Perform proper gaging techniques and quality verification within the cell/line to required standards.
• Operate all equipment within the cell/line at standard operating rates with minimal downtime.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Plant and cell/line safety and environmental policies and identify potential hazards.
