Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools, tape measures, and read blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and cross-train in different areas.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build and assemble products using hand tools and detailed work instructions.
• Read blueprints and follow measurements to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support production activities including assembly, fabrication, and finishing.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Complete job tracking documentation and follow quality procedures.
• Learn manufacturing materials, processes, and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to keep production moving efficiently.
