Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assemblers & Packagers for a manufacturing and distribution company in Pennock, MN. This temp/contract role offers a day shift with a $20.00–$25.00 per hour pay rate and weekly pay, delivering hands-on work assembling parts, building kits, and preparing orders for shipment.

You'll read pick tickets, verify SKUs, pack securely, maintain inventory records, and contribute to a quality-focused team. Entry-level candidates welcome; training provided.

Qualifications

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform bending, reaching, and kneeling.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills to enter order and inventory data accurately.
• Able to read and follow work instructions and meet daily shipping deadlines.
• Previous warehouse, assembly, shipping, or packaging experience is helpful but not required.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; willingness to learn company systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble trap parts and related components according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Build kits, multi-packs, and retail-ready product packages.
• Read pick tickets and pull the correct products and quantities for customer orders.
• Verify SKUs, barcodes, and item counts to ensure order accuracy.
• Pack products securely, apply shipping labels and documentation, and stage orders for shipment.
• Receive inventory, restock picking locations, and maintain accurate records in shipping and inventory systems.
• Perform quality inspections and light rework as needed.
