Aerotek is seeking a Manufacturing Associate/Solderer for a contract-to-hire role in Pottstown, PA. The position focuses on thru-hole soldering, simple cable assembly, and connector operations to build products used in critical applications.

Ideal candidates have 4–5+ years in manufacturing, strong measurement skills, and proficiency with hand tools and basic testing. This onsite role offers competitive pay and benefits consistent with a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience in Manufacturing and Thru Hole Soldering.
• Ability to measure accurately with a ruler or tape measure.
• Proficiency with hand tools and assembly processes.
• Strong computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing activities including production and inspection to meet customer specifications.
• Responsible for thru-hole soldering.
• Conduct simple cable assembly and connector operations.
• Complete in-process inspections.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure cables function correctly and maintain frequency.
