Aerotek is hiring a Soldering Technician / Electronics Assembler in St. Charles, MO. The role offers a 1st shift, with a pay range of $19-$20 per hour, and a contract-to-hire path.

You will hand-solder SMT and through-hole parts, assemble boards, read schematics, and ensure product quality in a climate-controlled facility. Ideal candidates have soldering experience, good manual dexterity, and familiarity with IPC standards.

Qualifications

• Soldering experience required.
• Ability to read schematics and assembly drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Hand solder and desolder SMT and through-hole components.
• Assemble circuit boards, wiring harnesses, and electronic assemblies.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Inspect assemblies and perform quality checks.
• Troubleshoot and repair defective components when needed.
• Document repairs, inspections, and production activities.
