Mason is seeking an Assembly Associate to work on the components area, assembling products per specs, drawings, and work instructions. The role requires reading blueprints, soldering/welding, and verifying final unit quality on the production floor.

Responsibilities include setting up wire marking machines, positioning parts per Standard Work Instructions, and testing assemblies with appropriate fixtures. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a manufacturing or assembly role.
• Soldering or welding skills.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to read blueprints or schematics.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to verify unit function per final blueprint.
• Effective English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Assemble connectors per blueprints and verify the process.
• Set up and run wire marking machines per blueprints and verify quality.
• Position parts to be assembled by following blueprints and Standard Work Instructions.
• Work at the station as a member of an assembly group assembling one or more specific parts to meet production requirements.
• Position parts in openings and fasten with screws or bolts.
• Solder/Weld parts by following the schematic, blueprint, and Standard Work Instructions to assemble the final unit.
• Verify correct assembly of the final unit.
• Ability to test a unit with a related test fixture.
• Other duties as assigned
• Supports any other areas as/if required
