Oshkosh Corp. in Springtown, TX seeks an on-site Assembler to safely assemble equipment using power tools, read schematics, and install accessories. You will operate an overhead crane, measure parts, and perform accurate drilling and tapping as part of a multi-area team.

This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow precise instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. OT may be required to meet production goals.

Competenze

• 6+ months of experience in manufacturing or general labor.
• Overtime availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics on JLG/Jerr-Dan products using power tools.
• Install product accessories such as decals, mud flaps, cameras, and lights.
• Safely operate an overhead crane to position parts.
• Use hand and pneumatic tools with accuracy.
• Measure accurately using tape measures.
• Drill and tap holes for wires, hoses, and small components.
• Identify required options from schematics and blueprints.
• Lift and stack subassemblies and parts (up to 35 lbs solo; team lift up to 60 lbs).
• Crosstrain and work in multiple assembly areas as needed.
• Follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per 6S standards.
