Crystal D in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembler to accurately assemble handmade components using adhesives, following work orders and procedures to meet customer expectations.

Typical hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm with occasional fluctuations. The role offers pay between $18 and $20 per hour plus benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) match, paid holidays, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in an assembly or production role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to read and write in English; follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills and ability to meet production standards.
• Strong common sense and ability to follow detailed directions.

Responsibilities

• Follow work orders and procedures to meet customer expectations
• Analyze schedules and support efficient workflow
• Handle products and equipment safely; follow maintenance and safety protocols
• Track production/shipping milestones and maintain accurate system updates
• Complete tasks on time with high attention to detail and quality
• Adapt to changes and support other areas through cross-training
• Communicate effectively with team and management
• Apply lean principles (5S, visual management) to improve productivity and organization
• Proactively assist where needed and learn from mistakes
