Crystal D in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our team. You will use adhesives to assemble handmade components, then clean and pack finished items. Each job is custom-made, so precision and reliability are essential.

You will follow work orders, monitor schedules, and help maintain safety and quality. The role offers weekly pay and benefits, with typical hours 8:00am–5:00pm and opportunities for cross-training as production needs change.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of assembly/production experience.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to read and write in English and follow written/verbal instructions.

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Assembler to join our team. The role of a Production Assembler requires a craftsman who utilizes various adhesives to efficiently and precisely assemble handmade components. Following assembly, the craftsman cleans and packs the completed item. While the daily routine is generally consistent, each task differs as every job is custom-made.

Job Purpose

Produce and assemble products that "turn emotions into memories" for Crystal D customers, as measured by meeting or exceeding Crystal-D's current production standards

Responsibilities

Work Schedule

The hours of work will fluctuate based on the needs of the business and the needs of our customers. Occasionally, this position will require work hours beyond the normal workday based on the demands of the position.

Typical working hours will be from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Salary: $18-20 per hour, depending on experience
