As an Assembler, you will play a key role in building high-quality products that meet customer specifications while maintaining our strong standards for safety, quality, and compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble products in accordance with customer and company specifications
• Ensure all finished products meet quality, regulatory, and internal standards
• Participate in safety and quality improvement initiatives
• Consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work

What We’re Looking For

• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Skills That Help You Succeed

• Ability to read a ruler and understand basic measurements
• Strong hand-eye coordination and excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Experience measuring, cutting, and stripping wires
• Soldering and crimping experience (hand crimpers) is a plus
• Ability to identify and distinguish color‑coded wires and components
