Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of assembly/production experience.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to read and write in English and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed directions.

Responsibilities

• Follow work orders and procedures to meet customer expectations.
• Analyze schedules and support efficient workflow.
• Handle products and equipment safely; follow maintenance and safety protocols.
• Track production/shipping milestones and maintain accurate system updates.
• Complete tasks on time with high attention to detail and quality.
• Adapt to changes and support other areas through cross-training.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
• Apply lean principles (5S, visual management) to improve productivity and organization.
• Proactively assist where needed and learn from mistakes.
