Job summary

Wabash is seeking an Assembler to join our Texas production team. You will perform a variety of tasks, from assembling subassemblies to installing components and operating rivet guns. You will follow blueprints, use power tools, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Daily responsibilities include supporting safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and adhering to PPE and workplace policies while contributing to efficient production.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Basic reading/writing and verbal skills required.
• Familiarity with using tape measures and hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Owning and assisting in safety, quality, and delivery improvements.
• Keep work area organized and safe.
• Caulking materials and installing components.
• Use power tools to measure and cut material and install rivets.
• Operate heavy machinery and install truck bed flooring.
• Follow blueprints and decal templates.
