Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, blueprints and engineering drawings in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs a combination of production assembly tasks using hand tools, small power tools, and other equipment following detailed instructions to meet specifications.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, engineering drawings, and shop orders to assemble final and subassembly products.
• Operates SOPs and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) requirements.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area and reports safety, quality, and process issues to supervision.
• Collaborates with other departments to meet customer expectations and improves production processes.
