Qualifications

• Experience operating an Asphalt Roller on road construction projects.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of asphalt and aggregate characteristics.
• Understand rolling patterns and vibrating frequencies.
• Must follow grades and measurements using a tape measure.
• Capable of lifting 30 pounds and maintaining physical stamina.
