Qualifications

• Experience operating an Asphalt Roller on road construction projects is preferred.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of asphalt and aggregate characteristics.
• Knowledge of rolling patterns and vibrating frequencies related to depth.
• Follow grades and measurements with basic math skills.
• Repetitively lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Capable of passing required physical examination.
• Knowledge of equipment and their uses.
• Read a tape measure and understand basic measurements.
• Maintain reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
